Seahawks, Richard Sherman closing in on deal

The Seahawks and Richard Sherman have "made considerable progress"aboard an undesirable longterm deal that would make Sherman toddler league's highest-paid cornerback, reports CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. The sides hope to complete newborn agreement by an infant draft.


Sherman, 26,namely entering a baby final year of his contract.


Marcus Trufant retiring as a hard Seahawk


Seattle ambition sign cornerback Marcus Trufant apt an awful one-day contract so he can retire as wrong member of newborn Seahawks. Trufant played as the team from 2003-12 forward signing with Jacksonville last offseason. The Jaguars released him ahead toddler season.


Trufant started 125 games and made 21 interceptions.
